The information you will need for your Visa

Before applying for a visa you must make sure that your passport is valid:

  • Check the expiration date on your passport: The expiration date must be no earlier than 6 months after the date of your return from Saudi Arabia;
  • Make sure your passport has two or more completely blank and unmarked visa pages;
  • Make sure your passport has not been altered: Check if the original laminated film (the transparent safety film that covers the passport photo) has been tampered with. If this is the case, you must ask a passport-issuing authority to re-tamper proof your passport; Make sure no pages or surfaces have been laminated (as this will invalidate your passport); Check for scratching or alteration.
  • If your passport was issued over 10 years ago, even if it is still valid at the time you submit your visa application, you must apply for a new passport from domestic authorities or the Embassy or Consulate of your country of origin, before being able to apply for a visa.
  • Make sure that the passport has been signed by the holder before applying for the visa.

You may only submit your visa application within 30 days before your date of departure. We recommend that you apply at least 20 calendar days before your date of travel to make use of the standard services and not having to pay extra for the rush services. Rush services allow visas to be ready in 24-48 hours.

Yes we are. You should ensure that you always use an accredited agency otherwise you run the risk of dealing with intermediaries who do not always have the best interest of their customers at heart.

By dealing with an accredited agency, you would have rights of access to the embassy to make a formal complaint should your application be rejected due to negligence or any another matter. Albeit that such a scenario is extremely rare, you should only entrust your passport and personal document to approved agencies such as ourselves.

No. There is no requirement for biometric data capture with the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia. There is however a possibility that fingerprints will be taken upon arrival in Saudi Arabia.

The Embassy may request you to provide additional documents or information, according to your personal situation, even after you have submitted your application or we have submitted on your behalf.

Travel insurance in now part of the visa fees due to the embassy and it is mandatory that it be taken as part of the visa. Therefore the fee for insurance has been incorporated into the charges being presented. You must take travel insurance even if you already have your own separate policy as the travel insurance fee is added to your visa fee automatically.

You must take travel insurance as part of your visa under the regulations of the Saudi Embassy. You cannot use your own privately arranged travel or medical insurance.
